Link to magísterThe production, storage and use of databases make Bioinformatics an important component in studies of functional Genomics, biomolecular structures, proteomic analysis, cell metabolism, biodiversity, design of drugs and vaccines, among many other important problems. This program has consolidated itself as a final graduate program and a necessary stage for students interested in pursuing doctoral studies.
The goal of this program is to train academics with a strong education in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, capable of using Bioinformatics methods for structural and functional analysis of macromolecules.
Applicants must have a Bachelorâs or professional degree in any area related to Biology or Informatics.
