This program uses the contributions of different disciplines to solve the problem of control in both public and private organizations. This integration ranges from the economic modeling of the problem of control (economics of uncertainty and information) to the ethical and cultural foundations that shape human behavior in concrete organizations (organizational behavior), including the knowledge of different techniques and tools required to generate and analyze the data needed to implement control systems.
The objective is for students to develop the necessary competencies to design, operate and maintain processes, systems and tools, allowing the company to control the implementation, effectiveness and appropriateness of plans and strategies.
Applicants must have a Bachelorâs degree or equivalent professional degree, granted by a Chilean or foreign university.
