Link to magísterThis graduate program is designed to train scientists with a solid theoretical knowledge of the field of Zoological Systematics and its applications in the identification of species, in ecological-faunistic and biogeographical studies, and in the phylogenetic interpretations that explain the current composition and diversity of fauna.
To train scientists who, based on an excellent command of Systematics, are capable of designing and conducting research projects that help characterize the animal component of terrestrial and aquatic communities, and solving problems associated to the conservation and sustainable management of regional, national and Latin American fauna.
Applicants must have an academic degree in Biology and fulfill the requirements or equivalent knowledge, properly evaluated, in order to start the program.
