This program aims to equip professionals with knowledge and skills that may allow them to develop the discipline of Nursing, teach at higher education institutions, and join highly competent research teams in the field of Health Care. It allows students to strengthen their knowledge in specific areas, stimulating leadership in order to improve health care provision, professional performance and Nursing training.

Applicants must have a professional or Bachelorâs degree in Nursing, with an average undergraduate GPA of at least 68 points (5.0 on the Chilean scale of 1-7).
