Description

This program aims to train high-level specialists qualified to perform scientific research activity, development and university teaching. In particular, graduates will be qualified to pursue doctoral studies.

Objectives

The objectives of the program are: To train high-level specialists qualified to perform scientific research activity, development and university teaching; as well as improving the quality of university teaching in Mathematics and increasing the quantity of human resources with higher education in Mathematics.

Candidate Profile

Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in Physics or a similar discipline, or a professional degree with a level, content and coursework equivalent to those required to earn a Bachelor’s degree. The program Committee may conditionally admit students through a special leveling program.
