Link to magísterThis professional program contributes to the learning process of students and facilitates the acquisition of the knowledge and technical tools required to produce critical reflections and thought, anticipating future needs and challenges, while developing the ability to resolve issues related to the management of human resources and generating projects for organizational change and development that are in line with the strategy of the organization.
The goal of this academic program is to contribute to the development of the explicative foundations that sustain the professional performance of those responsible for the Organizational Management of Persons. The program is oriented towards professionals who may occupy future positions in the field of Human Resource Management, both in Private Companies, Public Institutions, Consultancy Firms and University Teaching.
Applicants must have a Bachelorâs degree or equivalent professional degree, granted by a foreign or national higher education entity recognized by our country.They must demonstrate their vocation and capacity for graduate studies and specifically for studies in the area of Human Resources.
