Description

The Master in Mining Management (MGM) is oriented towards the training of high-potential professionals who wish to develop abilities and competencies for improving their management of the mining business. The MGM is a professional, on-campus graduate program.

Objectives

The objective of this program is to develop competencies for professionals in the mining industry, capable of comprehensively managing national and multinational organizations, organizing and leading work teams, and managing processes of change and innovation, in order to maximize their value.

Candidate Profile

This program is oriented towards professionals with three years of experience in the mining industry and a professional or academic degree (at least 8 semesters) granted by a higher education institution, with a basic knowledge of English.
