Description

This program is oriented towards individuals, especially executives, who are capable of making complex decisions in both national and international organizations, with skills in leadership, negotiation, communications, teamwork and change advocacy. They must also assume responsibilities in the design and development of plans, the creation of implementation and control mechanisms for these, with solid ethics and a great sensibility towards the processes and problems faced by organizations.

Objectives

It is a high-level training alternative for graduates with undergraduate degrees from Universidad Católica del Norte, who wish to implement improvement plans and establish collaborations in the professional environment, in order to identify changes in this discipline and company requirements, as well as to develop lines of research that lead to contributions in the field of production, both regionally and nationally.

Candidate Profile

Applicants must have a degree of at least 8 semesters in a national or foreign university.
