Link to magísterIn light of the growing interest in Neuroscience, Universidad de ValparaÃso has considered it extremely important to strengthen graduate academic and research activities in this scientific field, so that training of neuroscientists may benefit basic and applied research in diverse areas such as Neurophysiology, Computational Neuroscience and Neurology, Neuropsychiatry, Neuropsychology, which are relevant to both the health and well-being of the general population.
The main objective of the Master of Biological Science in Neuroscience is to provide fundamental knowledge of Neuroscience to professionals interested in the origin, development, normal and pathological functioning of the nervous system and its different levels of biological organization, from the molecule to behavior.
Applicants must have a Bachelorâs or professional degree in areas related to Neuroscience (Biology, Biochemistry, Speech and Language Therapy, Kinesiotherapy, Medicine, Psychology, etc.).
