This program aims to develop and strengthen lines of research related to current research needs in the area of Food Science and Engineering. It is a 4-semester academic program.

Objectives

It offers a specialization opportunity for professionals with a degree in the field of Food Science and Engineering, with an emphasis in the ability to research and apply their knowledge in issues of Process Engineering and Food Conservation.

Candidate Profile

Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, or another academic or professional degree in a discipline similar to Food Engineering, with a level and content equivalent to those required to earn a Bachelor’s degree.
