Description

The MSGIC program provides the foundations of Quality-Based Management in order to apply methodologies for ongoing organizational improvement, by designing, controlling and optimizing productive or service processes designed to meet the client’s requirements. It offers the abilities necessary to manage and control evaluation, implementation, improvement and management processes based on current regulations. It provides tools to support the development of Integrated Quality Management Systems, the environment and the prevention of workplace hazards in public and/or private organizations.

Objectives

To train professionals with an integrated vision, highly qualified to apply methodologies and regulations of Quality Management in order to improve the productivity and efficiency of different productive and service processes, conduct applied research, teach at the university level, or systematically solve productive problems that may arise in public or private organizations, always performing at the highest level.

Candidate Profile

Oriented towards professionals working in the field of Quality/Environmental Management, Engineering, Processes Control, who wish to improve their knowledge of Integrated Quality Management in order to use emerging and highly specialized tools and methodologies for the improvement of production and/or service systems.
