Description

This is an interdisciplinary program oriented towards training high-level graduates. A thesis is the program’s main activity and consists of an individual creative project of musical composition, its systematic conceptualization and production.

Objectives

To train high-level graduates, capable of working in artistic creation, research and teaching in their specialization.

Candidate Profile

Applicants must have a Bachelor’s or professional degree in Music, with a duration of at least eight semesters. They must demonstrate their creative activity by submitting scores and/or recordings. They must also submit at least one preliminary draft outline of their thesis in writing. They must pass a test of musical knowledge and skills that are relevant for developing their thesis. They must demonstrate musical performance skills in one instrument.
