Description

The purpose of this program is to contribute to the development of abilities to describe, analyze and integrate last-generation theoretical models in Social Psychology, conduct research with psychological variables, and efficiently apply psychosocial diagnostic and intervention techniques in organizational contexts.

Objectives

"To update students’ knowledge of contemporary theories and trends in Social Psychology.
To develop students’ ability to design and execute applied research projects in Psychology, including qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
To learn psychological technologies and how to apply them effectively in order to contribute to the development of healthy organizations."

Candidate Profile

"This program is designed primarily for Chilean and foreign students with a Bachelor’s or professional degree in Psychology. Professionals from related areas working in similar positions may also apply.
The admission criteria are:
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s or professional degree in Psychology, or another professional or academic degree in any of the Social, Health or Management Sciences, or professional experience in any of the program’s areas, or current academic work or a clear interest in the program’s objectives."
