This program is oriented towards training graduates with advanced knowledge in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences, with a Master’s level academic competence that allows them to become agents of innovative change in the face of the demands of development of Physical Activity and Sports in educational, healthcare and social systems.

Objectives

To train graduates with advanced knowledge in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences, with a Master’s level academic competence that allows them to become agents of innovative change in the face of the demands of development of Physical Activity and Sports in educational, healthcare and social systems. To train graduates in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences to take an ethical stance, according to the academic demands of their own disciplinary field. To help improve the disciplinary performance of academics in the area of Physical Activity, Sports and Recreation Sciences.

Candidate Profile

Professionals must have a professional degree in Physical Education Teaching or related areas, or a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Activity and Sports Science, as well as previous work experience.
