Description

This program addresses public international law, with specific references to legislation regulating investment and international commerce. This is a joint program with Heidelberg University.

Objectives

To provide students with broad knowledge in the field of public international law, with specific references to the field of investments and international commerce, as well as mechanisms to solve existing controversies in these matters.

Candidate Profile

"Applicants must have:
1. A Bachelor’s degree in Legal Sciences, or an equivalent degree, granted by a Chilean or foreign university.
2. Outstanding grades in Law school.
3. A good command of Spanish and English, with enough knowledge of the other language, as demonstrated by recognized official exams. A score of 550 on the written sections of TOEFL, or its equivalent on other recognized tests, will be considered satisfactory. In justified cases, the decision will be made discretionally by the Committee. "
