Description

The goal of this program is to provide knowledge concerning fundamental topics and problems that are studied and discussed in different areas of this discipline. It also aims to provide the elements required to teach and conduct research in philosophical matters.

Objectives

To train specialists in the field of Philosophy and in the command of the theories and research methods used in this field.

Candidate Profile

Applicants must have a degree requiring coursework of at least eight semesters, granted by a national or foreign higher education institution, preferably in the fields of Philosophy and the Humanities. Applicants must demonstrate competence in reading comprehension of philosophical texts in one of the following languages: English, French, German or Italian.
