Link to magísterThe Masterâs program in Animal Production Systems aims to train professionals with the capacity to apply the knowledge and advanced tools in the fields of Physiology and the Animal Production of species with agricultural and aquacultural significance, so that they may become leaders in the identification, creation and development of innovative agronomical solutions in Animal Sciences.
The goal of this program is to train specialists with advanced knowledge in Animal Sciences. Specifically, the Masterâs program in Animal Production Systems aims to train professionals in some of the following competencies:
Applicants must have a Bachelorâs or professional degree in Agronomy, Forestry Engineering, or another discipline related to the fields of study offered by this program. Graduates of this program must have advanced knowledge in fields such as: Physiology and Animal Well-Being, Animal Production, Modeling and Simulation of Animal Production, Nutrition and Feeding Systems, Foods of Animal Origin, and Agricultural Ecology. It is understood that the concept of Animal Production includes terrestrial and aquatic species, including fish, mollusks, crustaceans and algae.
