Description

This program seeks to provide graduates with professional competencies in Field Epidemiology, Clinical and Social Research, and a strong conceptual and methodological background. They may work in academic or service fields at the national and international level, strengthening their skills to apply scientific methods to their own research projects or joining research teams. This provides them with tools that will allow them to develop as leaders in academic and health care organizations.

Objectives

The goal of this program is to train professionals in the field of Epidemiology, with a strong conceptual and methodological background for working in academic or service fields at the national and international level.

Candidate Profile

This program is designed for national and foreign professionals interested in expanding their knowledge and skills in the field of Epidemiology. Applications are expected from health care professionals, such as physicians, dentists, nurses, nutritionists, kinesiologists, veterinarians, as well as professionals from the Social Sciences, Engineering, Economics and Urban Studies, among others. Applicants to this Master’s program must have at least a Bachelor’s degree granted by a Chilean or foreign university.
